تتقدم هيئة الصحة في دبي بخالص الشكر والتقدير للتعاون الدائم والمستمر من قبل شركائها الاستراتيجيين في القطاع الصحي لتوفير رعاية صحية متكاملة والارتقاء بمستويات وجودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية المقدمة في مستوى إمارة دبي.

DHA extends its thankfulness and appreciation for the relentless cooperation and support provided by its strategic partners in health sector; in an effort to provide integrated health care system and improve the levels and quality of services provided in Emirate of Dubai.

استناداً إلى اختصاصات وصلاحيات هيئة الصحة في دبي، والتزاماً منها بتزويد شركائها بكافة المستجدات سواء المتعلقة بالممارسات الصحية أو التشريعات والأنظمة   المعتمدة ذات العلاقة بالقطاع الصحي في إمارة دبي، نحيطكم علماً بأنه قد تم استحداث “سياسة الإبلاغ عن حوادث سلامة المرضى في المنشآت الصحية وآلية إدارتها " وذلك على النحو المرفق بهذا التعميم.

Based on jurisdiction and scope of Dubai Health Authority, And as part of Dubai Health Authority’s commitment to provide its partners with all developments related to health practices or legislation and regulations in the health sector in the Emirate of Dubai, DHA hereby announces the publication of the “Sentinel Event Notification and Management Policy”, based on the attached appendix to this circular.

يُعمل بهذا التعميم ومرفقاته اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، وعلى جميع المهنيين الصحيين والمنشآت الصحية العاملة ضمن اختصاص وصلاحيات هيئة الصحة في دبي، الاطلاع والتقيد التام بما ورد فيه ومرفقاته من أحكام تفادياً لأية مساءلة قانونية.

This circular and the attachments are effective from the date of its issuance Accordingly, all health professionals and health facilities within the jurisdiction of DHA must familiarize and strictly adhere to the provisions contained therein in order to avoid any legal accountability.
